This is where we run our discovery process to assess the current state of your existing Human Resources systems. The finished product is a detailed report, organised by priorities and risk that you can undertake yourself, or have us assist you to implement.
EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT SURVEY
This process pulls no punches!
We will design a specific employee engagement survey that also includes one-to-one interviews with your key stakeholders. This has been built to be scalable for small, single-location operators up to multiple-sites of up to 500 employees. We run the survey process, analyse the data, and deliver you a report of what's working, and where you need to focus.
