What We Do

This is where we run our discovery process to assess the current state of your existing Human Resources systems. We look into your process, procedures and run an analysis on your payroll, ensuring you meet all your obligations in line with Fair Work Australia. The finished product is a detailed report, organised by priorities and risk that you can undertake yourself, or have us assist you to implement.

This process pulls no punches!
We will design a specific employee engagement survey that also includes one-to-one interviews with your key stakeholders. This has been built to be scalable for small, single-location operators up to multiple-sites of up to 500 employees. We run the survey process, analyse the data, and deliver you a report of what's working, and where you need to focus.

Hitobito can partner with you in an ongoing, retained service where we regularly (weekly or fortnightly) work in-house at your venue. There, we will deliver an ongoing list of works, and be available for both you and your employees to engage with us on all things people, culture, and conflict-related. This allows you and your team to get immediate answers, and focus on what matters.

It's the hot topic of the moment, but not one that is going away any time soon. We understand that many businesses in the sectors we deal with grow quickly, in many cases you are just trying to keep up with the growth. The thing that often slips here is navigating the complex world of Fair Work awards and ensuring you are paying your people right. We will take the headache away by reviewing your payroll and rosters against the award and making any recommendations to achieve legal compliance.

We spent years working in recruitment and this leaves us perfectly placed to help you understand the dark magic behind finding the right people for your business. We will not recruit for you, but we will help build and manage strategies and be involved in the process. This will range from people attraction strategies right through to effective onboarding.

Let's face it, one of the times you most need a HR consultant is when something has blown up in the business. This can be anything from underperformance through to bullying, harassment or unfair dismissal claims, better known as "the things that will keep you up at night". We will assist you in navigating these tricky situations with detailed and personalised advice that considers legislative compliance alongside the best solution for your business.
