When coming up for the name for our business we wanted something that encapsulated more than just a catchy logo and some corny word.
In the end it came back to the fact that we don't want to be just a business;
We want to remain people that care
We want to work for the benefit of everyone
We want to be good humans and work with good humans
We want to consider each person that our advice will effect
This, along with our joint attraction to all things Japanese led us to the name Hitobito which translates to ~ (collective) people, each person, everybody.
It might be altruistic but really, what's wrong with that?
